The SK series industrial diesel engine for commercial generators is a completely redesigned and engineered engine to meet the high power demands of the generator set market. All of its technical indexes have reached internationally advanced levels. This series of engines features a compact structure, high reliability, efficiency, and low noise output. It is the preferred matching power unit for 600kW general generator sets produced according to SAIC Motor manufacturing standards.

The SH series diesel engine is a jointly designed unit between SMAN and UK Ricardo. We referred to the demands of the Chinese market combined with proven technology to develop a new and outstanding product. Adopting a GDPD development process, this series of engine is a world-class power platform created by following SATC Motor manufacturing standards. The H series engine offers a compact structure, wide power range, high reliability, efficiency, and low vibration and noise. The idle matching power ranges from 50-150kW for generator sets.

The 13SG/15SG industrial diesel engine for commercial generators is a product featuring upgraded components on our SG128 generator set engines. The upgrades have resulted in improved reliability, durability, efficiency, vibration, and noise output. The stroke of the 15SG has been extended to 165mm. Most components of this series of engine can be used with the original engine models. It is the first choice for matching the power for 160-300kW generator sets and it is manufactured according to SAIC Motor manufacturing standards.

The SE series industrial Diesel engine for commercial generators was designed through a collaboration with SMAN and Austria AVL. Together we applied internationally advanced engine technology to create first-class equipment. This series represents a brand new engine platform created by following SAIC Motor manufacturing standards and installing an optional electronically controlled high pressure common rail and electronic governing mechanical pump fuel system. This engine series is noted for its safe, reliable, and high powered performance capabilities. Compared to similarly powered engines, it offers significant efficiency advantages and it is applicable for high and medium end common generator sets of 250-300 kW.

The SD series industrial diesel engine for commercial generator was designed as part of a joint operation between SMAN and Austria AVL. We produced a reinforced design and 4-valve upgrade in 2005 when we cooperate with The Southwest Research Institute (SwRI). All parts are designed and checked according to 295kW outputs and it has an applicable power range of 185-266kW with a large reliability margin. The engine provides good fuel economy and this is the most technically advanced engine in Malaysia. It has been selling well for over 20 years, with production of more than 1 million sets. This is the idle matching power for 150-200 kW generator sets.
